PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what personal information Eversill collects, why we
collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.

Eversill is a brand operated by Vibora Group LLC, a New Mexico limited
liability company, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #9874, Albuquerque, NM 87113,
United States. In this policy "we", "us" and "Eversill" mean Vibora Group LLC.
We are the business responsible for the personal information described here.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Information you give us:
  Name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number when
  you place an order.
  Payment card details, which go directly to our payment processor. We never
  see or store your full card number.
  The content of any email you send us.
  Your email address if you subscribe to our list.

Information collected automatically when you visit the site:
  Device and browser type, operating system, screen size and language.
  IP address, and the approximate city or region it indicates.
  Pages you viewed, how long you stayed, what you clicked, what you added to
  your cart, and the site or ad that sent you to us.
  Cookie and pixel identifiers, described below.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health
information, precise GPS location, or biometric data. We do not knowingly
collect information from anyone under 16.

WHY WE USE IT

  To take, fulfill and deliver your order, and to send order confirmations and
  tracking updates.
  To answer your emails and handle refunds and replacement requests.
  To detect and prevent fraudulent orders and chargebacks.
  To measure how the site performs and to improve it.
  To show and measure advertising, including on Meta platforms.
  To send marketing email, if and only if you have opted in.
  To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it with the
following categories of service provider, only so they can perform work for us:

  Shopify Inc., which hosts our online store and processes orders on our
  behalf.
  Shopify Payments and its underlying processors, which handle payment and
  fraud screening.
  Our fulfillment and warehousing partner, and the shipping carriers, which
  receive your name, address and phone number so your parcel can be delivered.
  Our email provider, which sends order and marketing email.
  Meta Platforms and Google, which receive advertising and analytics
  identifiers as described below.

We also disclose information where the law requires it, to respond to a valid
legal request, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or merger of
the business.

COOKIES, PIXELS AND ADVERTISING

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

  Strictly necessary. Keeping you logged in, remembering your cart, and
  securing checkout. These cannot be switched off.
  Analytics. Understanding which pages people read and where they leave.
  Advertising. The Meta pixel and Google tags let us measure which ads led to
  a purchase and show relevant ads to people who visited the site. This
  involves sharing online identifiers, which some US state laws treat as
  "sharing" or "targeted advertising" even though no money changes hands.

You can opt out at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal
Information" link in our footer, by adjusting your cookie preferences, or
through your browser settings. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal.

YOUR RIGHTS IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES

Depending on your state, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia,
Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana, you may have the right to:

  Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
  Receive a copy of it in a portable format.
  Correct information that is inaccurate.
  Delete your personal information.
  Opt out of targeted advertising and of the sharing of your information for
  that purpose.
  Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Using them
  will never change your price, your delivery, or your refund.

To exercise any of these rights, email service.eversill@gmail.com from the
address you used to order, or tell us your order number. We answer within 45
days. We may ask you to confirm details of a past order so that we do not hand
your data to somebody else. You may use an authorized agent.

If you are in California, you may also request the specific categories of
information we collected, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories
of third party we disclosed it to in the past 12 months.

IF YOU LIVE IN THE EUROPEAN UNION OR THE UNITED KINGDOM

We sell to the United States only, but our site may be visited from elsewhere.
If you are in the EU or the UK, our legal bases for processing are the
performance of your contract for order data, your consent for marketing and
advertising cookies, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the
site. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction,
portability and objection, and the right to complain to your national
supervisory authority. Your data may be processed in the United States.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order and transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting
requirements. Support emails are kept for 3 years. Marketing subscriber data is
kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics and advertising identifiers are kept for
up to 24 months. After that we delete or anonymize.

SECURITY

Our store runs on Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Traffic is
encrypted with TLS. Payment card details never reach our systems. No method of
transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise
absolute security.

MARKETING EMAIL

We only email marketing to people who asked for it. Every message has an
unsubscribe link that works immediately. Unsubscribing from marketing does not
stop order confirmations or shipping updates, which are not marketing.

CHILDREN

Our site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information
from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us
and we will delete it.

CHANGES

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. If the change is
significant, we will say so on the site.
