TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms are an agreement between you and Vibora Group LLC, a New Mexico
limited liability company trading as Eversill, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A
#9874, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. They govern your use of
eversill.com and any purchase you make on it.

By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not
accept them, please do not use the site.

1. WHO CAN BUY

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. We
currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

2. PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES

We describe our products as accurately as we can and we publish exact
measurements. Photographs are representative. Screens render colour and finish
differently, and a stainless steel surface in particular photographs lighter or
darker depending on the light.

We may change products, prices and specifications at any time without notice.
Changes never apply retroactively to an order we have already accepted.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at
checkout where it applies. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

We do our best to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at an obviously
incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order
and refund you in full rather than fulfill it. We will contact you before doing
so.

4. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch
confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel any order, including where a
product is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where the order appears to
be for resale.

5. SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy form part of these terms.
In short: shipping is free, orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days, and you have
90 nights from delivery to obtain a full refund without sending anything back.

6. THIS IS NOT VETERINARY ADVICE

Please read this section.

Eversill sells an orthopedic feeding bowl. It is a piece of household equipment
intended to make mealtimes more comfortable for animals with joint, neck, back
or feeding difficulties. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose,
treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition in any animal.

Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, and nothing on it replaces an
examination by a licensed veterinarian. We make no claim that our products
prevent gastric dilatation volvulus, commonly called bloat. The scientific
literature on raised feeders and bloat is contested, and we do not take a side
in it.

If your animal is vomiting, regurgitating, losing weight, refusing food, or
showing signs of pain, see a veterinarian. Do not delay veterinary care because
of anything you read here.

Raised feeding is not appropriate for every animal. We do not recommend our
products for large or giant deep chested breeds. Ask your veterinarian if you
are unsure.

7. YOUR USE OF THE SITE

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation
or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, to place fraudulent orders,
or to impersonate anyone.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Eversill name, logo, site design, photographs and written content belong to
Vibora Group LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not
copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

If you send us a photo or review, you give us permission to use it on our site,
in our email and in our advertising, with your first name and last initial. You
can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us and we will remove it.

9. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

We publish reviews as our customers wrote them. We do not write reviews
ourselves, we do not pay for them, and we do not delete a review because it is
critical. We will remove content that is abusive, unlawful, or clearly not from
a real customer.

10. THIRD PARTY LINKS

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its
privacy practices.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except where the law does not allow it, the site and our products are provided
"as is". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be
uninterrupted or error free.

Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be
excluded, and some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so
part of this section may not apply to you.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent the law allows, Vibora Group LLC is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of
profits, arising out of your use of the site or our products. Our total
liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that
gave rise to it.

Some states do not allow these limitations, so part of this section may not
apply to you.

13. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify Vibora Group LLC against claims arising from your breach
of these terms or your misuse of the site.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard
to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or
federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you and we consent
to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing anything, please email us. Almost every dispute we have seen is
resolved by a refund within one business day.

15. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our
failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

16. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this
page at the time of your order.
